New Offer, New Engine

Your free trial, in front of the companies most likely to take it up. Every company deep researched, scored and placed in a segment. The best fits get a message built on what we found, a landing page made for their segment and one clear ask: start the trial.

3 Segments, 1 Offer

Week 1

Start with the people who already know you. Everyone who accepted a connection and never said no, plus the 24 deals in Backlog and Nurture, gets the trial offer from the profile they already know.

A

No platform yet

Small UK companies where the founder, the MD or a first People hire still owns manager development.

The reason to try it

Manager development with nothing to buy first and no budget to find.

Sent by Farley, in a founder's voice

B

Growing fast

Companies whose headcount jumped in the last year, that are hiring hard, or that have just raised.

The reason to try it

Growth makes new managers. Start their habits before the bad ones set in.

C

New in the People seat

HR and People leads in their first six months, at companies in the same size bands.

The reason to try it

An early win in a new job, with no business case to write.

The engine

How every lead is sourced, scored and processed

Built and running on our outbound work now. Week 1 adapts it to your segments.

Included

Your landing pages, redesigned and rebuilt for these segments.

  1. 01

    Build the universe

UK companies from Sales Navigator, AI deep research and Apollo, merged into one list. The 2,000 or so people already contacted, your clients, competitors and your Do Not Contact list come out first. What's left is filtered to the companies that fit your three segments.

  2. 02

    Check the register

Matched to Companies House: still trading, age, board, headcount filed year on year, and share issues that often mark a raise. The website is proved to be theirs.

  3. 03

    Research each one

AI reads the website, LinkedIn and recent news for each segment's signals: hiring, growth, a new People lead, a learning platform already in use.

  4. 04

    Score and sort

Scored out of 100 on criteria we agree with you, placed in a segment, then marked Ready, Review or Out.

  5. 05

    Write the reason

One line on why they are hearing from you now, marked proven or inferred. Nothing inferred is written as fact.

  6. 06

    Send and sync

LinkedIn first, then email if they don't connect. A reply on either stops both and lands in your Notion CRM.

What each lead sees

A reason, an offer and a page

Short messages that open on the reason line and link to a page built for that person, with the video for their segment and a button that starts the trial.

To start

Four things from you, then we go

  • The trial itself: its length, what's included and what happens when it ends.
  • A sign-up link that starts a trial without a call, with Inken picking up anyone who replies instead.
  • The videos, recorded from our scripts. Farley's before 28 September (if Farley is recording this time).
  • Trial activity by company each week, so results read all the way from sign-up to paid.

Terms

£2,000a month

Same as today.

  • Monthly rolling from 29 September, when the first three months end.
  • Four weeks' notice, either side. If budget gets tight or it isn't working, you can stop. No tie-in.
  • Everything in this plan included, tooling too.
